  needed now more than ever..... join the Peace Commission with your
  group, your family, your friends.


  Sunday, October 7^th

Harvard Square is celebrating Oktoberfest with music, stages, vendors, 
festivities and a parade featuring The Second Line Social Aid & Pleasure 
Society Brass Band, Bread and Puppet and HONK! Festival comrades 
gathering in Davis Square and marching musically into Harvard Square.

The Peace Commission has been invited to organize a peace contingent to 
join in – adding the celebration and consciousness of peace-building to 
the day.

Join us:

*Walk in the parade*

The parade leaves Davis Square at 12:00 (Dilboy Post next to Rosebud) 
marching down Mass. Ave.

*THE PEACE CONTINGENT WILL GATHER AT BEECH AND MASS AVE AT 12:15.*

Walk with the Peace Commission banner. Bring signs or call the Peace 
Commission for signs.

*Lend your voice** to an **open peace mic*

 From 2-4 in front of First Parish Church (corner of Church and Mass. Ave.)

Join the Peace Commission in offering your calls for peace in this time.
