Hi Everyone,

I wrote this paper about extended breastfeeding not to cast judgment 
on those who have chosen or will choose (or had no choice) a 
different path but to clarify my own choices and the reasons for 
them.  It's coming from a place where I feel marginalized for these 
choices not necessarily by you as individuals but by the society at 
large.  I'd like to have it published but knowing that that can be 
quite difficult I thought I'd share it with as many people as 
possible.  Feel free to pass it on.  I know it's lengthy.  This is 
only Part I.  Part II (if it ever gets done) will go into more depth 
about how and why earlier weaning practices came about.  Please share 
any ideas for edits, suggestions, comments or how to get it 
published.  Happy Holidays.
